We got this recipe from our friend Carly. We made them for our girls day the other day and they are so good! And way easy and fast.
1/2 margarine, melted
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 t vanilla
3 T cocoa
1 c flour
1/4 t salt
Mix together. Place one heaping tablespoon in each section of a hot waffle iron. Cook for approximately 1 minute. Remove with fork. Cover with cream cheese or chocolate frosting. Makes 16 cookies.
